Max is polite and a great dentist
The dentist and his staff are truly blessed and amazing. As someone who has a high anxiety of the dentist, they truly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Frawley, the dental assistants, and Ms. Wendy are exceptional. I do believe that God placed me in the right place. They exhibited commendable compassion and kindness, and it is evident that they have a genuine passion for their work. I definitely found my new dentist.
From the very first time I called and spoke with Wendy at the front, I knew I found my dental home. I have had such extreme dental anxiety and for no real reason but I have been searching for a place that felt like home for me. My cleaning was perfect and Angie was such a gentle personality. I have been so impressed with Dr. Max, he just filled a cavity for me and literally might have taken 15 mins! I was so nervous but he told me that I was in a safe place and I literally felt it. We came all the way from Ohio because my husband, Larry, has had terrible visits with dentists his whole life. The 9 hour drive was totally worth it!! He said Max is the first dentist that he really liked!! He had multiple teeth extracted and he said it wasn’t at all like he had worried about. He will never use another dentist and he said the entire staff was great!! They made him feel very comfortable and cared about. Now if the whole office would just move to Ohio!!!!
I called for an appointment because I had an abscess tooth, and was seen the same day. The staff and Dr. Frawley were very professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lexington Smile Design Studio.
