I had a great experience at LMC Sleep Solutions! My daytime tech, Amy, and nighttime tech, Sabrina, were both incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. I arrived feeling nervous, but they explained everything clearly, checked on me often, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the night and throughout the next day with my MLST. Very friendly, informative stuff, take home sleep study straight forward. Recommend if you want to find out if you have sleep apnea, they genuinely care about you as a patent. Staff has family/friendswho have sleep apnea so they understand what someone is going through. Take the time to take care of your health. These people want to help you to be the best healthy version of yourself

Tabatha was great, very friendly & explained everything very well. I would suggest guys shave the spot on their chest & legs where patches are placed. It would make the removal much less painful since you rip all the hair out anyway. They also have bottled water if you forget a drink. The room was clean, the bed was surprisingly soft & the weight of the blankets was pretty good. I also forgot my pillow, Travis very kindly offered to stay late if I wanted to turn around and grab it.
