Got stood up at the showing, was told I'd have to reschedule through show mojo, rescheduled it and then told that the new showing was cancelled because there were pending applications. We applied weeks prior to this.

I had three showings scheduled with Urban Vigor today (I obviously didn’t look up the reviews before scheduling, I wish I had). My first was at 12:30, I left work to go look, Jey texted me at 12:30, stating he was going to be fifteen minutes late. Over fifteen minutes passed and he still wasn’t there, so I told him I wasn’t interested in the unit any longer. I lived here for two years, two years too long. I would not wish living here on my worst enemy. There was black mold in my bathroom and the only thing the landlord did was spray paint over it. there was feces in the hallway and it took him 6 days to clean it, and it was never even fully cleaned. bugs constantly everywhere (roaches, flys, genuinely everything you could think of) had to get rid of half my closet due to mold, and no maintenance was ever done. DO NOT rent here. Horrible place. My husband and I unfortunately have been here for two years now because we can’t move just yet. The day we moved in we had no working ac/ heat working in the bedroom and in the living room it worked sometimes and now is completely broken. After several attempts to get someone to come and look at it they said it was a fire hazard because of the corroded pipes in the ac/heat . They told me it would be 6 months to get the parts needed . Jey Marks (the manager of the company) never cares about any of your concerns or inquiries, and is very rude. His company, Urban Vigor, is going to be re-branded as The Vine & Rose Collection, which is likely due to the tons of negative reviews on him and his company as have appeared online.
