I am extremely pleased with the city garbage / debris service!!!! I asked their supervisor Steven if they could get a 1/2 truck load of yard debris whenever they get a chance. I had it piled on a huge tarp in the back of my house on the alley. Within ONE HOUR they had come and cleaned everything! They had also emptied the 4 garbage cans earlier that contained debris! So this was their 2nd visit this morning. They are always so cheerful and neat rain or shine. Thank you!!!!
Every day practically I have a notice from Alert Rockbridge that sewer and water repairs are necessary on some Lexington Street. I distinctly remember David woody and MikeKennedy warning Council of the city’ aging utility lines. Instead Council opted to build a new school and conduct yet another downtown study. What’s the deal?
