I highly recommend Samantha Macys of Lexington Public Adjusters! The house I own in The Bronx suffered a small fire and significant water damage resulting from the fire department work to extinguish the fire, fortunately nobody was injured. Highly recommended Lexington. We had a flooding emergency, from the first day we talked to Sam she put us at ease and explained the whole process. She negotiated on our behalf with the insurance company and was able to get coverage for much more than insurance originally offered. She is very knowledgeable about when to go back and negotiate for upgrades, things we never would have known about. She was very organized and professional and a pleasure to work with.
