original hot yoga guys the massages are great, but the best hot yoga is the bikram on pasadena. i tried it and am now "addicted" to the yoga. goole hot yoga lexington for the exact address. it is located next to the bar b q store. try it!!
Great way to relax. My husband and I love to get massages at the massage center. We have tried several different massage therapist and have not been disappointed. They have a wide variety of massages to choose from. Each massage therapist gives a different version of the massage. So make an appointment and find something you like.
Great place for a massage. Yoga is great too. I have been getting massages at the massage center for a few years, the service keeps getting better. They perform everything from swedish massage to deep tissue, including hot stones. The yoga instruction is first rate. A big fan.
Massage center also offers Yoga I've had great massages at the massage center, but you might not know that they also offer yoga - hatha yoga and hot yoga. The hot yoga is my favorite. The class lasts for 60-90 minutes, depending on which class you take. In the winter it warms you up (the room is at least 90 degrees) and in the summertime, the balmy summer air feels refreshing after working out in a virtual sauna. The instructors are all good. Toby is the best.
Open daily This massage center has been located in the historic Dudley Square since 1989. I went there for my birthday with my husband and we got a couples relaxation massge. They offer several different massage techniques and you can also buy a combination package. They also have yoga classes and workshops. Their work is exceptional and the prices are average rate. I would recommend if you need a relaxing massage alone or with your honey to check them out.
Wonderful Professional Massages I have been going to The Massage Center for over 2 years now....even through my pregnancy!! The massages are fabulous. They include the hot packs or stones on your back. The facility is an old school house, which is interesting. Some of the rooms are a bit noisy, as you can hear the traffic while others are very serene. Prices are reasonable.
