With all that is going on, I get charged for using my own money because I paid some bills off! Excessive withdrawal fee... So I call to inquire and she explained I can use my debit card only 20 times in a month. Wasn’t very nice and of course didn’t offer to remove the fee. I’ve been here for a couple of years but I think it’s time to look into other options.

Lexington Postal Credit Union is not like any bank, it's your credit union, the people who work want to know you, they care about you. We have been members for years, when we come in they are interested in you and how you are. The employees are happy to see you, and they are just as attentive to you on the phone, who you speak to is usually the one to help if you have a problem you are not put on hold for this one and then that one. Big smiles and happy people work here, love my Postal Credit Union.
I recommend that if you not a member you need to join the people here are very friendly and they do their job very well so well they take time to recognize you by name!!
