Be sure you stay on top of them about your Short term disability, or you won’t have a paycheck! Paperwork was sent to the office three times along with three messages, as well as a MyChart email! 2 weeks later they sent in the paperwork late! So now I won’t have a paycheck due to their carelessness!!!!
Piss poor customer service. I worked my butt off all day and bussed my butt to make my 230 appt. I missed the exit and arrived minutes after 2:30. I was told I probably wouldn’t be seen since it was now 2:36. Amy Taylor went back and asked Dr. Beardan’s nurse Michelle if I could be seen and she told her no.
