I scheduled a televisit consult. No one showed up. I called maybe three times. I was trying to give them another chance so I called and rescheduled (no one bothered reaching out to me after the no show). I saw someone for a consult. Afterwards they were supposed to email me some information and call me with availability to schedule. I haven’t heard from anyone and this was back in May. This has never happened to me before. Extremely Disappointed – Not the Results I Paid $6,500 For! I had a cosmetic surgery for a keloid scar on my face at Lexington in April last year, and I am deeply disappointed with the results. When you pay $6,500, you expect expert results that reflect the price. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Ive tried my best to be patient however I’ve have called for 6 months straight, sent numerous emails regarding my refund and NO ONE has reached out, or done anything this is truly insane. Edit: posted this a month ago still no response or refund.
I am to have found Lexington Plastic Surgeons. In 2022, my daughter suffered a major burn injury resulting in 2nd, deep 2nd, and 3rd degree burns; which ultimately triggered the growth of major keloids. While researching treatment, we were turned away by MANY doctors who were uncomfortable with working skin of color and keloid removal. Many of the lasers that are common can destroy the melanin in our skin if not used correctly. If the keloids are not addressed correctly, they can return with aggressively.
