This place is a complete scam! Don’t let your keloid have ton desperate enough that you seek their services; be wary of their deceptive tactics. They convinced me to take out a loan for the remaining amount my insurance wouldn’t cover, resulting in a $4000 balance. I went there , not really nice people at the front desk , the girl for video consultation was very nice , she gave me a place to apply for financing the all process, I did it in the same day I got approved, but nobody ever got in contact with me again , after reading the many bad reviews, I am happy not to do nothing with place , I will look for another option. 🤷‍♀️

Worst experience ever. They keep cancel appointment in last minute and convince me for ‘we’ll give free treatment one time for compensation of cancel appointment’. And on next appointment date. The manager saying ‘that’s not gonna happen. We won’t give any compensation. I don’t care about your time.’ They absolutely unorganized but asking for money money money only!!! Stay away!!!
