Currently my car is being held HOSTAGE!!! No one is calling back and I have called several times!! This place keeps getting worse and worse!! Switching to a one star!! If you want service done here plan for the entire day to sit. Last time four hours and this time going on two. Bring a snack and water! GOOD LUCK!
They have had my vehicle for over 2 weeks. The first update I’ve gotten from them without having to call myself was 2 days ago letting me know they didn’t forget about me and that they haven’t seen my car yet. I was promised a diagnosis by Tuesday and never even got a call from them. At one point they told me they had no record of my car being there and this was a week after having it in their possession. Great team. They can make it happen. Go in trust them. They want to sell you a vehicle. They are on your. Side. Maddie Duquette is prodigious, dont be fooled by her size. Her knowledge to read the situation and professionalism that emit will have you out the door in your new Whip.

An extra special shout out to Mr. Al and Savion for their tremendous, white glove service and assistance with getting my car to/from the dealership for maintenance. Also super huge thanks to Ms. Rachel & Tracey and the maintenance techs! You all are awesome!
