Lexington Park Health & Rehab has a wonderful, welcoming environment. The staff truly care about the residents and consistently provide excellent care. The meals are great, and the management team does an outstanding job creating a positive atmosphere for both residents and staff. It’s clear that everyone works together to make this a great place, and I highly recommend them!

My mother was there during the summer into Fall. We're they perfect? No, but the care she received was more than good. Social Services really worked with us to insure she could stay as long as needed. Therapy? More than excellent! In fact, most of the nursing, houseeping and dietary staff were, too. There were a few incidents of her left in the bathroom longer than needed, but they were far and few.

I do not recommend. My Dad was there one year and it was a constant battle, and more than once they said I needed to move him. Thank goodness I did, and he is so much better where he's at now.
