took a week to replace a key fob and returned the car with a broken shifter. thanks guys!
The employees are pleasant and want to fix issues as they come up however, there seems to always be an issue to fix. Oil change appointments take HOURS and if you make arrangements to drop the vehicle off for the appointment it is likely they won't get to it until the next day. I've had my glovebox broken for a cabin air filter change that they recommended (yes it was fixed but that was 3+ hours for the oil change and then a whole other day for the repair). Once again Ford Service Center doesn’t disappoint with their garbage customer service. Makes me not want to buy a Ford ever again until I move from here, just so I don’t have to take it to them. Horrible customer service
All I can say is wow. The lack of communication was unbelievable.
