I visited the office to drop my rent which is $2500 ( which is so expensive for two bedroom apartment). El cajon is considered a poor cheap not safe area and the complex it self so dirty from inside not a lot space by the pool. From the second month we not considered to renew next lease. Anyways, what bother me when I went to drop my rent is the little girl they hired. She is not the manager. I understand those high school girls get paid high as $22 in hour. I did a food delivery there. It seems like a nice place to live.
Peaceful complex. I’ve been here for three years now and haven’t had one issue. Violet is a solid manager and makes sure things get done around here.
