No class, no uplifting results from the so called doctor. One of the most embarrassing appointments with a doctor/patient scenario. I have never been treated with such disrespect that I would not support this practice at all. I’m waiting to see a real hip surgeon that thank God is a Christian, which means I would wait till the 30th of October to see. Lord willing, I will get to meet him and really see a beloved physician fix a man in severe pain get a new life.
I had a really good experience here.
The one star review is for the horrible staff member, Bonnie Alexander. I canceled an appointment and will probably avoid this office because of this one staff member, even though I liked the doctor very much. I had the misfortune to speak to Bonnie Alexander on 4/15, but have also had a similar problem with her previously. Ms. Alexander was extremely unprofessional and I hope someone can listen to the phone mail before it is erased. Beware if you see Jill LaPosta. I had fallen while hiking in June of 2024. Heard and felt a pop and instant pain to my ankle and knee on the same leg. I went to one of Lexington's Urgent Care, and they stated it was an ankle sprain. After a week or so, something was still wrong. I made an appointment to see Jill LaPosta. The staff was great, but she was very dismissive. I worried about my knee, and she said it was fine without taking a closer look at it. She sent me for yet another x-ray.
