My Daughter had 2 teeth removed this morning, from the moment we walked in everyone was so pleasant, they didn’t have us waiting long and I expected the surgery to last at least an hour, Dr Kent was finished in 30 minutes is what it seemed like, although my daughter was crying afterwards thinking that all of her teeth had been removed lol I knew it was only the meds that she was still on, we’ve been home a few hours now and she’s had no pain, and up playing the game as usual. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff 🤗
Dr. Kent must have some magic fingers, I had all 24 remaining teeth pulled in one day with today being my 2nd day post op; pretty much no pain and minimum swelling. About a year ago I had a single tooth extracted from my regular dentist and it hurt so bad for almost a week. I don't know why I didn't make the call sooner, this office talked me through all my questions and relieved my anxiety. Went to check about getting some teeth pulled they said they was happy to help me so I went and drove 2hrs one way n got my info n xrays n drove 2hrs back to give them to them to get started they said they would call me long story short I wasted an entire day and gas for them to not call for 2 weeks to tell me calling them that they cant help me !!!
From the point of arrival I was extremely pleased, the receptionist was kind, friendly and efficient. Wait time was nothing which helped my anxiety believe it or not . The office was clean and the Christmas tree was beautiful and relaxing. The woman that came and got me from the waiting room was also wonderful. I loved her personality!
