Terrible experience. Took us twice as long to close on our home bc of all the back and fourth. Worst customer service ever.
Don't waste your time unless you are planning to build, that's all the "owner/broker" is interested in. The female in the office is the only person eager to do business and knowledgeable in mortgages. The "owner/broker" made 2 separate appointments with us and No Showed for both and never contacted us afterward either. Would not recommend to anyone.
