Kirsten the front desk lady ALWAYS has a mental problem every time I call the front desk. She assumes that she knows exactly what I'm about to say and cuts me off before I can say or ask anything regarding what I need done. Extremely rude! She had my referral for at least the past two weeks and refused to call me to inform me. I called her office yesterday and she admitted they had the referral but she discarded it because "your doctor mentioned you are uninsured and we don't accept uninsured patients".
