I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 6:30 PM, booked several days in advance. Around 5:00 PM, I received a call asking if I could come earlier. I said I could not and was told to simply arrive for my scheduled 6:30 appointment. I arrived a few minutes before 6:30 PM to find the office closed. These people will do everything they can to not bill your insurance and make you pay out of pocket. When I pushed to have them bill my insurance they refused multiple times even though this is the recommendation of my insurance and Doctor. Even after being on the phone with their billing department they would not bill my insurance. The worst place to go! I waited 30 minutes just for them to verify if they take my insurance and I have United health! I should've read the reviews about this place! The Front desk staff are mostly kids who do not know anything about customer service, very cold approach to patients! Read the bad reviews and do not go here! Instead of feeling better you will feel worse!
