Dr. Simon is absolutely AWESOME!! I can't say enough kind things about him!! He has been so gentle and kind with my health issues and really talks to you about what's going on and also talked to my daughter about my issues making sure she and I both understood. He's such a great Dr!
Extremely busy practice, however when urgent they get you in for an appointment and schedule testing as quickly as possible.
At most doctors’ offices and hospitals, I encounter office staff who are, at best, indifferent towards patients and, more often, outright rude to patients. My experience with Jessica, who answered the phone, Joy who returned my call, Preston my nurse, and Dr. Garrett Ruth give me hope for customer service in medical care.
