OK, I've read the only three reviews that are posted for this hospital and like most others, you are most likely to post a negative review than a positive one, that is just human nature. Two posts are on what appears to be "rude personnel" and not the treatment or the hospital. I had major surgery there a few months ago and have only positive things to say about my experience. Absolutely 5 stars. Dr. Gillin and the nurses were awesome. Went in very nevous. They explained all procedures. Bed side manner with Dr. ,nurses and other staff was awesome. They made sure my pain was tolerable, made sure I understood everthing! I would recommend Dr. Gillin and this hospital Greatly! Thank you for putting me on a new road to life.
Went in to the ER for a terrible experience. The day before I was at St Luke's East ER and was told to return if my symptoms worsened. Well, my symptoms got worse and we decided to go to LSMC since it was closer. Sure, my wait time was great-had me back in a room in minutes. But I then sat in that room for 90 minutes without being checked on. No one to check on my pain, no vials, not on any monitors, nothing. The doc was rude and arrogant and very condescending, which was incredibly frustrating as my girlfriend and I are bot... read more

You probably should not go here if you expect them to give you full information about your health. They tell you you are fine when in fact you are not, as determined by another er or further tests.
I've been seeing my new doctor, for a year, at Medical Research Center. I do find that my doctor (Radhika Mathur) is very professional and courteous; however, I find that "some" of her staff (persons who call you back" with info and front desk receptionists are not very friendly, and rude by some comments they make, which is evident that have read your medical records. Some of the staff that call you about appointments are not friendly, and lazy (asked for the name of the specialist, but she did not provide a phone number fo... read more

worst hellhole in hospitals. only go if you want diagnosis, no treatment, and have a death wish
