I would be ashamed if I worked at this facility or any nursing home. If we treated dogs like they treat these patients the public would have a cow. Now that is ass backwards. What is wrong with this world.
Waited over an hour in the waiting room after being dropped of by an ambulance that urgent care called for my wife for her Only to be dropped off in the ER lobby and wait over an hour holding her own IV Bag.... they didn't even give her a pole to hold the bag. With them knowing it could be her appendix about to burst..
Don't go here for an outpatient MRI unless you are prepared to be charged $5000. Do yourself a favor and shop around. The national average for a MRI is $2600 so please tell me why LMC charges almost 2 times more?! Right across the street from this facility you can get one for $1000.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Griggs for many years. He is a wonderful Dr. I can not see myself with any other dr. He has helped me through cancer and many other illnesses. I drive out of my way just to see him. Thank You Dr griggs.
Wish I didn't have to give these guys even one star. MY husband has lost three weeks of work (vacation time) due to the incompetence of the staff at Lexington Family Medical. We're currently waiting for them to get off their behinds and fill out his FMLA paper work. Did I mention that they haven't managed to actually treat him for anything yet? Horrible customer service. Have to call the office 3x or more or call T. Dooley to get them to call in a rx to medco. Medco will fax them something that they can fill out and and fax back, but they admit that they trash these requests...eventhough they are requested by me the patient, and I have called about them. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. I am changing doctors after 10 years of this nonsense!!!
I was droped as a paitent after 20 years because a nurse put down that I received a shot of a narcotic in the office on my last visit and then drove my self home. I called to tell them that I was not given a narcotic and I had someone with me to drive me home. Although they admitted the mistake in the nursing notes, they still would not reinstate me as a patient, and when I asked to speak personally with Dr. Konduras I was told by a nurse that she spoke for him and she was not going to put me through to him. Wait time was short and Dr. Hicks was great and very thorough. I will return for the excellent visit that I had.
