This place is a joke, I mean a real joke, they dont care how many hours you spend in there, they dont go by who came in first they go by your vitals, if you normal you in the back of the line, not the front. Yes and we waited 6 hours we got tired of waiting so we left. It's horrible there i mean horrible.
The team here is truly first class in every sense of the word. If you have to go somewhere to receive medical care, go out of your way to be cared for by this team, so thankful for them. Whitney, Leslie, and Becky were our primary care team from check-in to resolution. Thanks for everything, team.
Would give 0 if possible. Took my son in with brain injury and possible bleed. Urgent care sent us straight over. It took from 6 hours for a doctor to look at him. They could not even be bothered to check his eyes or any other of his symptoms. Only thing cared about was blood pressure. Men beside us took six hours to for chest pain with history of heart attack. No ekg just blood pressure for first six hours.
Expect to wait hours and hours while bleeding out while they treat minor boo boos of the people they like better
