i was seen for not feeling well and stomach pain. the receptionists were flirting and playing around while asking me my info. i didn’t wait long, but while being seen, a nurse took my blood for tests without saying anything to me and pricked my vein multiple times to find it. she quite literally wiggled the needed in my arm even after i said it hurts. the nurse at the computer asked me more info and basically rushed me out of there. do not come here
I’ve been to this ER on several occasions and always had a great experience. My only complaint would be the long wait times. But they’ve legit saved my life like 4 times now.
Bought my elderly aunt in to the emergency room do to a fall and her possibly having a broken hip. Still waiting in waiting room 4 hours now. Better to just come by ambulance because then your in right away. 0 humanity here
I'm only giving 1 star bc when I finally got to the back the er dr and nurses were amazing. The wait time is terrible. Arrived at 730pm after being sent there by the urgent care, didn't go back till 3am. Finally had enough and was going to leave when "mysteriously a room opened up for me" If you want to sit there for hours this is place however if its actually an emergency don't go there
Back yet again. This time for a dog bite. Been sitting here for way too long with my spouse and all they have managed to do was ask questions about the dogs. No one has even cleaned the wounds yet. Yeah let’s just give bacteria as much time needed to seep into her bloodstream. Also this place is still dirty. Who cleans this place?
