3 hours late for original booked time. We had 14 people waiting because they had a “scheduling error”. The driver a bus were great when it finally arrived (Paul you’re awesome) but seriously? We paid $1100 and you were 3 hours late. We felt pretty bad making our big party wait so long especially since a lot of the group traveled a long distance to be here. Not sure if the service is always like this, probably not, but this service warrants a 1 star review. 3 hours late is insane.
Good communication and friendly staff. Our driver was Adam and he was excellent. Good prices on their products as well. 5 stars.
The owners response to reviews he doesn’t like is an ick, there for I am scared to book. Good pricing though if others are wondering
Can't get ahold of them. When you call it just goes to a cell phone voice-mail box that hasn't been set up yet. Oh well guess I'll find someone else
