During the week day with no prior intimation on the Ride system app. This app suddenly didn't show timings. The bus did not turn up. I stood for 1 hour and then spend on Uber. Where as I have spent money on the lex pass This is so unprofessional!!!!
My kids ride this bus, and I appreciate when I can ride it, too, and chat with neighbors. The bus drivers are so nice and have been driving in town for years and really know the riders. The "flag" system can take some getting used to, but once you realize you can get on and off anywhere along the route, it is really handy! Just wave to driver as he approaches, and the bus will stop.
