y'all are crooks.. after I canceled yall was still billing and refused to give me my money back and talked to my husband like he was a dummy. yall should be ashamed of yourself taking money away from people.. I'm telling all my friends and everyone I know to never ever use your service because yall SUCK AND YOUR CROOKS. taking my money AFTER I cancel my service
Horrible experience with this company they stole money from us and never did anything, we got return letters to our home and my husband and I credit score dropped almost being at 620 his dropped to 400 than mines from 580 dropped to 400 as well than they stated we had late stuff we never had any late items I have no idea what they did but they stole 300 from my bank account and I have proof where they tried multiple times to run an old credit card! Filing complaints against them they are refusing to give me my money back
I gave you guys a temp card to use when I first sign up and then gave you a new bank card for the continuing use an you all are charging bout cards!!!! I Don't appreciate it and I should have looked at your reviews before giving you any card to use.. I would like my daughter money refunded back to her card because that is wrong and I ASKED SEVERAL TIME WOULD HER CARD INFO BE VOIDED AFTER I CHANGE CARDS!!!!! IM SINCERELY UPSET AND UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOTHING ABOUT THE SERVICES!!!
you took money out of my account without permission we had agreement of 14 95 I got no reply to this day I want to know why and I need Tht as I money back in my account and drop me thank you
After cancelling their services i found they were still billing me for rather extraordinary ampunts, sometimes just $19.95 then a double charge of $179.95. To what end? Istill have credit problems and I'm out a lot of money
i recently said u guys were good at taken off stuff off credit reports but now not so much u did well with that but when i cancelled u guys wanted to continue to charge me
My credit score went up 37 points within the last month. I will say the only annoying this is you have to call in and make sure they update your credit score every 30 days, I guess it doesn’t do it automatically. Besides that I’m happy with the service!
