My decision to work with creditmason.repair was one of my best moves so far. My credit has experienced an incredible transformation so has my financial life. After wasting alot of time and money with Lexignton Law, I got frustrated by the lies and promises. I wouldn't have dropped any star because they dont deserve one but thats obviously impossible.
Back in 2015 i tried applying for a card and was denied so a friend of mine refurd me to Lexington law i started my process had all my documents they ask for yes it takes time almost 6+ months as time was going i was getting phone calls and emails from Lexington from many places i have never been now today in 2025 i have a great credit score. I used them 2017. 1: its like Netflix monthly subscription but expensive one! 2: they will work on one item in 3month which it will come back on again after 3month because they can’t remove them permanently! I used this service a few years ago, 2019, and they were helpful. I started 2 new accounts 9/2024 and it has been a nightmare. Within 6 months I have spent over $1000 to have my credit scored lowered and at least 3-6 calls a day from collectors I do not owe. Lexington Law does not have a client phone number, so you can't call them. They send out 2-3 letters per month by automated computer. Nothing has changed on my credit reports. Only giving one star because I’m forced to. This company is a scam that continued to steal money out of my account after I canceled and the customer service is HORRIBLE. Just use credit karma and dispute your own stuff. 3 months and they did NOTHING for me but steal my money.
