Excellent for basic watch battery and strap swaps when the task is too tricky for you. Not sure I'd use them for a more comprehensive overhaul on a valuable watch. Always quick service and reasonable prices.
After another nearby shop tried to charge me $220 to re-solder a broken loop on my necklace, I went to this shop. The gentlemen charged me $30 and had it repaired in less than an hour. It's been over a week and my necklace is on my neck and good as new. Thank you for the great work!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2 watches. 2 batteries. 10 minutes. No small talk. Like a covert ops mission, but with more sparkle. I walked in with two lifeless timepieces and walked out feeling like James Bond on a lunch break. Efficient. Precise. Emotionally distant—but in a comforting way. Took new my new, $625 watch to have the bracelet resized. The pin in one of the links fell out and the bracelet fell apart less than an hour after the jeweler ‘adjusted’ it. The watch case and band was also scratched and scuffed by the jeweler while he was attempting to adjust the bracelet. Furthermore the jeweler lost several of the collars for the pins so I unfortunately will have to purchase a replacement bracelet for $125 from the factory and pay another jeweler to resize and install the bracelet plus the cost of polishi... read more
