I took in a vintage two tone gold and silver Bulova watch thinking it needed a new battery but was told it needed a complete repair. I come back a week later to pick it up and was given a completely different watch with a leather strap. I was basically told that I was a liar and that he didn’t have cameras to show proof of the watch that I left. Excellent for basic watch battery and strap swaps when the task is too tricky for you. Not sure I'd use them for a more comprehensive overhaul on a valuable watch. Always quick service and reasonable prices.

After another nearby shop tried to charge me $220 to re-solder a broken loop on my necklace, I went to this shop. The gentlemen charged me $30 and had it repaired in less than an hour. It's been over a week and my necklace is on my neck and good as new. Thank you for the great work!
