The manger they had running this place. White woman was rude as hell. A year ago and 2 years before that. I never lived there AFTER I graduated high school BUT I knew people who did I was visiting. Happen to run into her somehow didn’t know who she was at the time and still don’t care. She said I dressed like a “thug” because I had on a jacket and I was going to the hospital for my pregnant wife because she contracted Covid during our short visit. The reason I gave 1 star is because they did answer the phone this time. Sara is who I spoke with today, and she is very rude and unprofessional. I have read some of these reviews, and apparently they are being ignored. There should have been some training with this position. Respect should have been top of the list. I will address this with higher management until someone hears and reacts to these reviews.
Filled out the application in 2022. January 2023 they said my name was on the top of the list. Filled out paperwork that came. Took it to office. She told me I had to wait until she go over the paperwork together. They didn't tell me that on the paperwork. She had attitude. She told me I needed my identification card. With an attitude.
