For 3 weeks consecutive now I have been calling and leaving a voicemail to update my information. 2 weeks ago I got a letter stating I'm coming up on the list and that I needed to call at 2:00 today. On top of emailing them and calling them at least once a week if not twice and leaving a voicemail. They also didn't pick up the phone today at the scheduled time. Well when someone get ready to move in they don't even clean the houses it's a mess so dirty refrigerator dirty the vents not clean the windows dirty house water all over when a tenant move out they don't pay no attention to the house will you get ready to move in the house it should be cleaned so I want somebody to do this and I have pictures
They Put Good People Out for the Bag
The manger they had running this place. White woman was rude as hell. A year ago and 2 years before that. I never lived there AFTER I graduated high school BUT I knew people who did I was visiting. Happen to run into her somehow didn’t know who she was at the time and still don’t care. She said I dressed like a “thug” because I had on a jacket and I was going to the hospital for my pregnant wife because she contracted Covid during our short visit. The reason I gave 1 star is because they did answer the phone this time. Sara is who I spoke with today, and she is very rude and unprofessional. I have read some of these reviews, and apparently they are being ignored. There should have been some training with this position. Respect should have been top of the list. I will address this with higher management until someone hears and reacts to these reviews.
