We just closed our loan last week. Steven did a fantastic job to pay off 13 of our credit cards and still kept our rate low. Our credit cards were killing us with the high rate and minimum payments. We just had our loan closed and they did great! My husband and I both are pleased with their process. We all about attention to detail. Our agent was detail and able to walk is through on all process including costs. They definitely have earned our trust and yes we are selective. Our rate has adjusted and now we have a fixed rate. Lexington did a great job in our home loans refinancing for our property located in California. They locked our loan just like they promised and delivered what they have promised. We were able to save over 180+ per month with 3K closing cost. Although the appraiser had to reschedule twice to complete his assignment, well.... due to family emergency that is unexpected which I can understand. Otherwise, 3.75% Fixed 30 Years isn't too bad.
My husband and I have just closed a Lexington Signature loan. No Closing Cost! We have obtained a veteran loan with savings over 210 dollars per month which we can use and they are able to offer us a free appraisal which was nice touch. Just had our loan funded. We promised we would take out our time to write a review when Lexington delivers their promise. They sure did. We have 800+ credit and but on a limited income. We were able to lower our payment and also able to cut off 4 years of our term. Their staff are professional and able to walk us through every step of way. 30 Years Fixed at 3.625%. We had to write this review. Yes, we did pay for it. But for the next 30 years how could we refuse Lexington's offer. Great loan staff and underwriter are prompt and it was a smooth transaction. By far this is one of our best experience in mortgage refinance. I think it took less than 2 weeks and we still can not believe it. Service 5 stars, as promised 5 stars, knowledge 5 stars, honesty 5 stars, direct and upfront 5 stars.
