Appears james has done . Good work for other but I hate to write a bad review. But james came to fix rv refrigerator hit a reset button said was fine charged 20 over quoted price. Was December so left it off. Now getting ready for camping the limited switch he reset keeps turning it off. Took to dealer cooling unit over heating and the switch shuts it down. They said the yellow dust below it should told james was not switch. He was friendly but I can't recommend
HE LITERALLY SAVED OUR VACATION! My wife and I were on a 15 day RV camping trip traveling across the beautiful state of Kentucky. We were on our fourth stop at the Kentucky Horse Farm Campground about 12 miles NW of downtown Lexington on the afternoon of August 9, 2024. I lost power in my travel trailer. My surge protector overheated, melted down and melted my 30AMP plug. I called James and he took my call immediately. He had several other jobs that day but said he would come by late that evening. He assessed my issue on the phone and told me what to buy so it was there for him later. James got tied up on his job but answered two more calls. He talked me through the plug replacement on the phone and suggested I try the repair. He said he would still respond if needed very late.
