If I could write a zero star review I would. Update: 11/25/24 - Still have yet to receive our deposit return, claimed it was mailed to us but they never requested our new address, etc. I think they only mailed it to us because I reached out to Bridgette the regional portfolio manager. Upon sending me an email saying it had been mailed out she proceeded to ask me to take down my negative review and said she's "really trying to make things right" We moved into Lexington Hills in June of 2024. At first we were thrilled the apartment was huge and had a balcony something we had wanted for a very long time and Amanda seemed to be a decent property manager that cared about the tenants. But within a week of moving in we realized a few things. Our balcony door didn't lock - This wasn't the end of the world as we lived on the third floor but still isn't the most comforting thing to go to bed knowing the door doesn't lock.
