Not a nice place to reside. Excessive amount of non resident owners. Penny wise pound foolish maintenance. Each year maintenence is deferred the cost goes up. The streets are filled with vehicles. Some are not moved for weeks. Stored rather than parked. Emergency routes blocked. Parking overnigt is prohibited in Schaumburg. Coach homes were built for starter homes, singles and empty nesters. Association dues are for maintenance not profit margin.
Good, safe place to live at.
Nice place but not for young people. Horrible rules and you’ll get warnings for nothing. They don’t let you breathe with their rules. I don’t know who is making this rules and how people live there with this rules. They don’t know how’s to be relaxed and to take care about themselves not others.
