If I could select zero stars I would. We are absolutely appalled at the lack of quality guarantee. We purchased a Tommy Bahama sofa priced at a bit over $5000 and the ottoman at a bit over $1000. Not to mention the Tommy Bahama bedroom pieces for a bit over $8000. We assumed these pieces would last longer than what has transpired. The fabric on the ottoman has piled and the ottoman is a bit lumpy looking. We were basically told there are no guarantees on the ottoman. I have several pieces of Tommy Bahama outdoor furniture on my Lanai. After several years I had an issue with the wheels on my two loungers. Called customer care at Lexington And they were AWESOME!! I was clearly out of warranty, but they wanted to help and sent me the parts I needed free of charge and they even paid for the shipping! I am a customer for life!! Paid over $700, 20 years ago for a makeup vanity. Just went to pull the paint off of it to do something else with it and learned that it isn't solid wood. Pathetic considering how much I paid for it. Cheap!

If i could give a zero i would. Got this armoire (which cost $500!) And it arrived with a chip, when it touched the doorway another chunk fell off the top the store owner blamed me for his incompetent buffoons. The drawer fronts fell off shortly after as did the handles to open the doors too. So if youre looking for horrific quality, u found it!
