Purchased another suv in September and called and asked them to add it with same coverage as my other cars. Now 4 months later and a deer collision and find out they only put liability insurance on it NO COMP. Called and they claimed I came in the office and had only liability added to it. Told them I didn’t come in and they proceeded to argue with me. I also told them I was in the office in late December and asked them if it had comprehensive coverage and was told yes. Can't thank the Rizzo Agency enough! We have several vehicles and homeowners' policies with them. Joe and Jessica provide excellent service and support for us. Our policies are reviewed in a timely manner. Through this process my insurance costs have regularly decreased. I highly recommend the Rizzo Agency.

It has been the only agency that will take the time to review my Home and Car insurance policies to find me the best rates out there. Not at all responsive. Canceled my policy because of his lack of communication.
Got me insurance right away and for a low price. Everyone I spoke to was very nice awesome team
I myself am in the insurance world. I interacted with Jeff and his wife, Shocked by there lack of professionalism and overall rudeness. I would avoid at all cost.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I made a claim on a pipe leaking issue to see if it would be worth claiming on insurance since that is what home insurance is for. It was going to cost less than the deductible so I didn't go through with the claim. That is the only claim after 3 years and now they are not allowing me to renew because of the 1 claim that I never went through with.
Great insurance agency to work with. The are proactive to take care of their customers needs.
