I called in today to find out information about their services and getting my daughter and appointment for lab work. After the rep interrupted me several times letting me know very rudely my daughter was not a patient there, for which I knew, I was hoping to get her as one. I let her know how rude she was to me for no reason, then she hung on me. If this is how they treat all new patients, I certainly do not recommend. Amazing experience. I was in need of Primary Doctor and when I scheduled my appointment, I didn’t have any preference. The secretary scheduled it with Dr. James. I am so happy with his service. Very professional! He took the time to heard my concerns, explained me with details, asked about any confusion that I could have, to explain me again if it was necessary. This is what being a doctor means. Thank you! Dr. James and to all staff. The ladies in the front desk and laboratory are doing amazing work too.
Thomasena who answers the phone is completely useless. She’s not helpful in anyway whatsoever and is extremely rude. She yelled at me over the phone when I wouldn’t give her explicit details as to why I wanted to cancel my appt (it’s not her business). I know there are limited options to primary care in chapin but I’d avoid the headache and go somewhere else. They don’t care about their patients here and don’t go above and beyond.
Was seeing NP Lindsey Miller here. Started with her in September of 2024 and ended my association with this practice today - by my own choice, August 26, 2025. To make a long story short, (there is a lot more to this I can't post here due to character count restraint), but anyway, she took me off a medication that was really helping me without my knowledge.
