Dr Prince is a good doctor and takes ti.e to listen and understanding her patients needs.
I made a new patient appt but had to reschedule due to a conflict that I couldn't get out of. I was informed new pt appts cant be rescheduled again. I didn't plan on it but the day of my appt I woke up with vertigo. I get that from time to time. I had no way of getting there. I felt bad and apologized. The receptionist said she'd have to speak with the manager as their policy is only 1 reschedule. A week went by and i didnt hear anything so I called. Dr. Wilkins and the entire staff at LFP are absolutely amazing. Friendly, prompt and thorough. I've been a patient for several years and I'm completely satisfied my medical needs are being properly addressed. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a family practice office. Conveniently located as well with easy parking of Columbia Ave in Chapin.
Awful office. They don’t care about their patients and don’t take accountability for any mistakes that they make or mistreatment.
