Miss Cynthia at check in was professional, personable, thought I had known her forever, Miss Karleen, I believe? was kind gentle, considering I've had 2 major back surgeries and Dr Richards was the Best, listened too every word I said.. Great Practice!
They cancelled my appointment 15mins before I arrived. I was then told by front desk staff that I could get this test done at the urgent care next door. I made sure to explain to her that I have been referred to that same building before for other tests and they always send me to the main hospital in Lexington. I again asked her “are you sure?” She reassured me, so I went. And guess what? I was right, no they can’t do the test and I would have to go elsewhere. We have been with Dr. James Chapman for over a decade (when he was in Lexington and followed him to the Chapin location) as a family and are happy with his patience, care and knowledge. I believe he has seen it all and has a thirst for learning. His team seems friendly and we still drive the distance because he is a good family practioner.
