I will never return to this practice. They require patients to come in every 3 months for an office visit in order to write a prescription refill. I was consistently seen 30 - 45 minutes past my appointment time. During my last appointment, I was running late. I called the office to advise that I was stuck in traffic. I arrived 3 minutes late and was told by another staff member that they might not be able to fit me in since I was late.
