I’ve never had such amazing care in my life. Dr. Swann is hands down an angel. She was attentive and on top of things, and was very personable! Not only was I able to get an appointment within a few days, but Dr. Swann and the team were just outstanding! I was in healthcare for 8 years, this practice blew me away. Worth. Every. Penny.
I have a VERY bad UTI and my doctor is Shelby Rider. She is already disrespectful to my husband because he is 66 and I am 19 but the first time I was there, I mentioned urination burning and they never did a urine sample. The second time, did a urine sample, put me on antibiotics before they got the results and lost it, had to go back 2 days later, they did another urine sample. I believe I am on the wrong medicine. My wife is 4 months pregnant. Has gotten in once so far. They have canceled 3 appointments. 2 of the 3 they didnt even bother to call or notify us. If you care about the well being of the unborn child or the mother I do not recommend
