Update: I’ve been going to Dr. Lessow again for the last few months and have had continued great experiences. She is thorough and kind, her staff is helpful, and appointments have run fairly on time. — Original review: The medical assistant that asked the initial questions wasn't very friendly, and I waited for some time in the exam room before being seen by Dr. Lessow, but once she saw me she was very thorough, friendly, took her time with me, and made sure to answer any questions - I felt confident I was in great hands. The front desk here is incompetent. They've mishandled several requests and referrals, making it difficult to get care.
