The physician was kind during the visit, but communication at the end of the appointment felt fragmented. I had basic questions regarding medication duration and allergy-related concerns, but had difficulty receiving clear answers before leaving. The front desk interaction also felt dismissive, which made the overall experience less reassuring as a patient.
from diagnosis of a deviated septum, to treatment, to surgery, and now to my recovery dr. lessow was professional, helpful, and friendly. she explained in an easy to understand way what was wrong with me, my options for treatment, and eventually what the surgery and recovery process. staff was also friendly and helpful, the trains made me late for two appointments, and they were easy and flexible about it. going here has changed my life for the better in a way that i cannot put into words.
Unable to get medicine refill in one month
There is a significant delay on prescribed medications. Low efficiency, no transparency, no response after you call them in urgency. Doctors are professional but the whole process sucks. What can a patient do if they are unable to get timed medicine after they paid all the bills? FUNNY
