I’ve been going to this ENT & allergy office for 1.5 years and as a nurse practitioner myself, I can say the care is top notch. I’ve struggled with allergies all of my life and decided to commit to allergy shots because I couldn’t live with the repeated sinus infections and congestion. Allergy shots alone have greatly improved my symptoms, but this office is always very responsive to fitting me in for acute issues like a sinus infection (whereas previously, I would be seen at urgent care and blindly prescribing me antibiotic... read more
My rating is primarily because: - the incorrect medications were prescribed to me (which I learned through getting second and third opinions) - the emergency weekend line doesn’t work (which put me in a tough position earlier this summer) - I was given unnecessary tests, no helpful advice (other than the incorrect prescription that I also had to call and chase to actually get filled) and was charged a lot of money I don’t quite feel truly cared for as a patient. Staff can at times be rude as well.
My family have all been cared for by Dr Lessow for many years. She is simply wonderful. Whether just a routine check up or surgery there is no better.
Dr. Lessow was a delight. I was seen in timely fashion which is rare, the staff were friendly and professional, and Dr. Lessow was just perfect. She explained everything without talking down to me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend
What a great experience! This is a practice that combines professionalism with care and kindness! I do cosmetic treatments with Rian! She is so sweet!! Everyone in the office is always ready to help!
