I understand offices have policies, but I was really disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy here. I arrived one minute past the grace period during a severe thunderstorm and had called ahead to let them know. I was turned away immediately without anyone asking if the issue was urgent or showing any compassion. When you’re dealing with people’s health, a little understanding goes a long way. This felt more like rigid policy than patient care.

I’ve been going to this ENT & allergy office for 1.5 years and as a nurse practitioner myself, I can say the care is top notch. I’ve struggled with allergies all of my life and decided to commit to allergy shots because I couldn’t live with the repeated sinus infections and congestion. My rating is primarily because: - the incorrect medications were prescribed to me (which I learned through getting second and third opinions) - the emergency weekend line doesn’t work (which put me in a tough position earlier this summer) - I was given unnecessary tests, no helpful advice (other than the incorrect prescription that I also had to call and chase to actually get filled) and was charged a lot of money I don’t quite feel truly cared for as a patient. Staff can at times be rude as well.

My family have all been cared for by Dr Lessow for many years. She is simply wonderful. Whether just a routine check up or surgery there is no better.
