I seen that I got a response for my review. Just to e u know i did call and text numerous times. After a while no response. I see that u want to turn it back on the customer. And my review was edited. I had to put in a claim through housing authority for south Carolina. This is a place where mobile home dealers get their licenses. All the paper work I had to go through to get the repairs done. They wouldn't fix the floor. They did fix a few things. But a customer shouldn't have to go thru this. will NOT RECOMMEND this place. We was but Im NOT. We was in process of getting a similar home from them that was sold on lot (which was 99% of the homes). We ordered the same house with few changes only for it to come in few months later than expect(which would have been fine if it was done properly). You wanted house delivered straight from factory to our land that wasnt 100% or way near 100% right.
