The staff is nice and helpful.
I have absolutely have no complaints. My Mom has been a resident since March 17th. The staff has been nothing but amazing to her. I cannot believe all the places they take my Mom along with other residents (the zoo, church, kingwood, out to see Christmas lights). My Mom is happy and doing wonderful. Thanks to all the workers!!
This place is absolutely a horrible place to work. They dont care about their employees they only care where and how they can save money even if that means getting rid if their best employees. Don't put your loved ones in this place it will be big mistake.
This place is absolutely horrible. My mother was released from OSU and on her way to recovering. After two short days in this place she has received little or no care, and looks and feels worse than before she went to the hospital.
If it had an administrator that knew how to run the place it would be alot better
