Counselor often dozed off during sessions. Seemed tired and distracted and was hard to get a hold of most of the time. I would not recommend.
Tremendous help to give me skills to refocus, the counselors are top notch. Truly blessed to have found this counseling team.
I have tried calling this center for two days trying to get an appt for my 23yo son. When the lady called today she would not let me make an appt for him since he is over 18, I get that, but when I asked if she could hold so I could get him on the phone, she said NO and that he needed to call back to schedule something. Seriously? You can't wait 1 minute so I can get him on the phone? And besides you want him to call back but no one ever answers the phone when we call. It always goes to a voice message.
