Horrific experience. We told them when ordering that we were on a tight deadline and needed carpet installed by a certain date. They agreed that they could do this. We scheduled off and scheduled everything else around this. On install day, they showed up an hour and a half late with only one installer that complained from the time he showed up, said that he wouldn’t be able to install the carpet because it was raining (it had been wet and raining all week so I’m not sure why there was no communication at that point that the... read more
I had LVT flooring installed in kitchen and carpet replaced in den. Products were purchased at Carpet One and they use their own installers. I worked with Sales Associate Sharon Shealy. Every step of this process was excellent all the way through the installation. I highly recommend Carpet One for any of your flooring needs.
After a major home repair due to a plumbing flood, I chose Carpet One to install the LVP flooring and couldn't be happier with the result. Steve Scott was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He helped narrow down the myriad LVP choices to a great option that I could afford, and advised on a metalized underlay that was missing on my previous floor. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our $22,000+ experience with Carpet One has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. What was promised as a professional, high-quality installation turned into a complete disaster—rude workers, poor craftsmanship, and an endless list of unresolved issues. We went with their recommendation to install LVP over our hardwoods. The crew that showed up was beyond unprofessional—loud, vulgar, and disrespectful.
