Very good care. A bit pricey. I guess you have to really like your pet!
Simply put, there is not a better, more personable veterinary office in Houston. Knowledgeable, informative, caring. Their staff genuinely love what they do, and you absolutely feel that the minute you book an appointment. Mollie and I had such a positive experience. (As a matter of fact, she whined when we left) We love this team and believe we have tryly found part of our village at VCA. God Bless each of you.
Today was our first with VCA. From meeting the front desk staff to our vet tech Hena, and Dr. McMaster, our experience here was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Hena and Dr. McMaster showered our Jovi with love and created a positive experience for him by rewarding him with treats during his exam.
