My 2013 Mazda 3 Sport Skyactiv was having starter issues. After calling around to different places (I don’t have my own mechanic place), I contacted this company. I spoke with Scott (great guy!!). I had hopes that my starter would last me until the next day when I had scheduled an appointment with them; it didn’t. I had a good experience recently with a battery light on. Definitely wasn't overcharge or had them making things up. Have been a client for 2 years now and I'm happy with them. Had a faulty part under their warranty and they honored it free of charge.
Price gouging at its best. The service is typical and my son going to university went and rude staff.
