Management and maintenance is a joke. I could go into detail very deeply but I won’t. Just wouldn’t recommend to anyone to move here.
I lived in this complex for 3years. Don’t move here. Just got off the phone being told that I am being charged a full month of rent even though I completed my lease and moved out on time paying my last month of rent. The reason is because I didn’t give them a 60day notice but turned in my renewal paperwork in time and they said that was not sufficient even though it was turned in on a time. Beautiful apartment! Large floor plan, double size balcony. Clean and maintenance is good. Nice, small complex that is close to everything. Definitely recommend Lexington!
