From start to finish, my experience was fantastic! Kristen was so professional, informative, and thorough, which made my decision very easy. The procedure was painless and the results are exactly what I wanted. Front office girls were genuinely nice during my check-in and check-out. I'll definitely be back again!
I had several syringes of 2019 lip filler that had migrated and just became really bothersome for me. I am so happy with my decision to dissolve and with my overall experience with Brittany! She was very thorough and informative. Can’t wait to return to Lexington Aesthetics Medical Spa again soon.

The BEST experience. The entire time I felt well informed, heard (without the pressure of feeling like services were being shoved at me) and even entertained. I thought this experience would riddle what confidence I had left, but I felt boosted up before even receiving the treatment. I put all my trust in them to tell me what I needed done and I am so NOT disappointed. The talent Brittany has speaks for its self. I got my next appointment booked with her before I even left the first.
The results of my HALO are in and it was absolutely worth it! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff, offered water, and made comfortable right away. Everyone there was so welcoming. The treatment itself was definitely intense at times — hot for sure — but completely worth it.
