Had a very rude and abrupt interaction here today with a rude lady named "Debbie", the way you treat people is disgusting. Putting your hands in peoples faces is the height of rudeness. Your combative language is also highly disrespectful. People have the right to have a support person with them when they attend a Drs office. Then she threatened to cancel the appointment.

I have been to LexiMed a few times and each time I am warmly greeted by staff and well taken care of. I have always found them very professional and this business appears very well run. The staff are extremely helpful, and even the doctors seem happy here!

櫃檯年紀最大的小姐非常粗魯沒禮貌，因為地址是醫院，所以自行戴口罩，家人被叫去量身高體重時並沒有說不可以過去，身為家屬當然就跟上，而且還沒有進去只站在門口處，她走過來對著我跟翻譯兩個人說不要太多人聚集在這，最近很多武漢肺炎，可是整間診所沒半個人有戴口罩？？？從醫生到櫃檯，沒半個人有戴口罩。那麼講這句話的意義在哪裡？不想過度解讀這些，但是這句話真的令人不舒服。真心祝福這些對待他人不禮貌的人，尤其身為醫療工作者，希望這些人以及他們的家人們都要身體健健康康不需要任何醫療服務，因為生命就是一個圓。
