Top notch customer service.
Worst bank ever. They have a revolving door of employees and hold check for extended times. This is NOT your small business bank or partner in the Las Vegas community. Do not bank with Lexicon Bank. Isabel should be fired, she fails our community as a branch manager. My husband told her we were closing our account with them and without speaking to me, Isabel told him they were closing our account on the 13th. She is a disservice to the banking industry.
Warning: Do NOT open up a business account with them, especially if you have any type of high-risk business.They will approve you with their compliance team, make you go through the applications, set you up with an account and then, two weeks later, unceremoniously close your account without any warning. Their reasoning? It was a "misunderstanding" despite approval from their compliance team and being transparent.
