Never made it into the door! Horrible customer service. I arrived early in order to fill out any documentation that may be required. The door was locked, candles were burning, and no one answered the phone. I found myself waiting outside with three other patients. One was a young child. We all waiting for 10-15 minuted just to get into the front door. Now if no one was inside, why were candles lit in a dental office? A real fire hazard! I was a long time patient, loyal even though I had issues with how this practice was run. My dental insurance expired last year and right before I desperately wanted to get one last cleaning in. None of the available appointments at her-Ellison worked for me so I had to go get my last cleaning at another office that was available at a more convenient time. We are a Navy family and have been seen at Dr. Her-Ellison's practice for the last two years while stationed in Lemoore. I have four kids and they always take everyone on the same day. It is so easy for me as a mom to get everyone seen at the same time and the staff is always so friendly with myself and the kids. I love the way the office is laid out, very open and welcoming. I've been to a few dentists while in the military and this practice is one of the best!
